Return & Refund Policy

1. All sales are for consideration and are treated as final.

2. We confirm that we adopt honest business practices.

3. Services/Products are rendered/sold in accordance with contractual obligations cannot be refunded

unless a case of wilful default/negligence or fraud is proved against the Service Provider in an Indian Court of Law.

4. Refunds, if any, as approved by management or ordered by a competent judicial/regulatory authority shall be restricted to a maximum of the amount paid by the client excluding any applicable taxes and out of pocket expenses levied on the base amount by the Service Provider.

5. Management reserves the right to approve any exceptions to the policy statements set out above.
